Accessibility Statement

Zappo AC Repair Dallas wants this site to be usable by everyone, including people who browse with a keyboard, a screen reader, magnification, or reduced motion.

Conformance status

We target WCAG 2.1 Level AA. This site is currently partially conformant, which means most of it meets that standard but we have not had it independently audited and we are not claiming full conformance. The assessment below is our own.

What we have done

  • A skip-to-content link as the first item you reach with the keyboard on every page.
  • A visible focus outline on every link, button and form field, designed to stay visible on our colored bands as well as on white.
  • One h1 per page and headings that descend in order without skipping levels.
  • Text and background colors checked against the WCAG AA contrast ratios. Two combinations failed that check in August 2026 and were corrected.
  • Tap targets on link chips and buttons sized for use on a phone.
  • Frequently asked questions built with native expandable elements, so the answers are present for a screen reader whether or not they are visually open.
  • Descriptive alternative text on images, and decorative icons hidden from screen readers.
  • Data tables with captions and marked-up row and column headers, scrollable inside their own container so the page never scrolls sideways.
  • Reduced-motion preferences respected.
  • Labelled form fields, with the phone number offered as an alternative to the form throughout.

Known limitations

  • The site has not been tested by an independent accessibility auditor, or formally with assistive-technology users.
  • Our online booking tool and our request form are provided by third parties. We have checked that they are operable, but we do not control their code.
  • Third-party content we embed may not meet the same standard.
